Our OPS is helping buyers from Sub-Saharan Africa to finance their purchases from the USA.
OPS is equally enabling U.S. sellers to sell goods and services to Sub-Saharan Africa buyers.
This type of financing is generally used for financing purchases of big ticket items or capital equipment and services, including refurbished equipment.

Inbound Entity Structuring
Inbound refers to non-U.S. citizen or entities having income and/or activities in the USA.
We can assist overseas person or companies with their road map for entering the U.S. marketplace to help with a smooth, timely, and compliant set-up.
Our inbound services include local business registration, incorporation of a new U.S. subsidiary company, establishing bank accounts, payroll, payroll taxes, sales tax, federal & state tax planning.
Outbound Entity Structuring
Outbound refers to U.S citizen or entities having income and/or activities in other country or countries.
Outbound transaction issues can include foreign withholding taxes, transfer pricing, foreign tax credit and its limitations.
Our outbound services include foreign business registration, incorporation of a new Sub-Saharan subsidiary company, establishing bank accounts, payroll, payroll taxes, sales tax, foreign local tax.
Projects/Infrastructure Financing
We are providing access to medium to long-term funding, established through direct loans and loan guaranties to financially viable private sector projects with repayment from cash flows generated by projects rather than relying solely on sponsor guarantees. We are working with leading Development Finance Institutions.
