African Technical Assistance

Education and workforce development is the heartbeat of all self-sufficient economies.

African Technical Assistance (ATA)

International development players, Multilateral Organizations, Bilateral Organizations, Civil Society Organizations, Research Institutions and Private Sectors and other non-traditional players/investors are utilizing resources like Ladlas Prince to distribute technical assistance and investment to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Sub-Saharan Africa.

The mission of our African Technical Assistance initiative is to spur the development of SMEs in Sub-Saharan Africa and to provide these entrepreneurs with access to the capital and technical skills needed to enhance production and competitiveness.

The desired outcome will yield true benefits through better educated SMEs, more creditworthy projects, and more efficient delivery of capital – leading to an increase in sustainable jobs in the African region and a variety of additional social and economic improvements.

African Teachers Technical Assistance (ATTA)

The nature and extent of the anticipated results are from our ATTA program; the overall result of our program will be a high quality and impactful teacher preparation pipeline in Nigeria to ensure all students have access to high quality teachers.

This outcome will positively impact the growth of the middle class and the quality of the workforce pipeline across Nigeria.

At the college/university level, teacher preparation programs will be more reflective and collaborative. They will have a solution to help them not only look at their own progress, but also pinpoint areas for growth in their institution or nationally.

Furthermore, the university network we help establish will be able to use shared resources to provide technical assistance to improve program quality and outcomes.

Integrated Professional Solutions (IPS)

Our IPS is an unfamiliar concept. However, IPS is simply a relationship in which you select us to become your dedicated Talent/Professional skills development and administration partner, and deliver a broad range of technical development services through a “co-employment” model.

Above all, the mission of our IPS is to spur the development of talents at SMEs in Sub-Saharan Africa and to provide these entrepreneurs with access to the talents and technical skills needed to enhance production and competitiveness.

The desired outcome will yield true benefits through better educated talents and SMEs – leading to an increase in sustainable jobs in the African region and a variety of additional social and economic improvements.
