Amos O. Ajani, Sr., CICA, CISA, CISM, BS 7799/ISO 17799 Lead Auditor
– Founder/President & Chairman -

Amos Ajani is an entrepreneur; an experienced professional auditor/consultant with in depth knowledge of Auditing, Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, and Information Security. His background and experience are totally unique, and includes being one of the top auditors with high energy, strong work ethic, and high moral/ethical character.

During his engagements/employment with Kelly Services, Bank One/JP Morgan Chase Bank, Ernst & Young LLP, and Greif Inc., he improved the efficiency of both their and their Clients’ business internal/information processing controls. His professional arsenal includes extensive experience in implementation and audit of different compliance/standards including BS 7799/ISO 17799, HIPAA, GLBA, CISP, and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) Act of 2002 (SOX is a commercial equivalent of OMB Circulars A-130 and A-123).

As a Commissioned Officer (Signal Officer) in the United States Army, he has performed, directed and managed multiple projects of millions in dollars, both audits and implementation (TCF/DSST/DOIM type of Operate & Maintain missions), services in Logistics, Acquisition, Financial management, Program management, Software management, Application design and integration, Configuration management, Cyber security, Database/COTS integration, End-to-end IT services and operations, Enterprise-wide systems integration, Help desk, data centers, web development and LAN/WAN support, Identification credentialing, Information assurance, Systems architecture, Platform design and architecture analysis, Reliability and maintainability, Test and evaluation.

Prior to his commission, he was a Legal NCO, (MOS; 71-D /27-D) in the JAG Corp. He remains in the U. S. Army Reserve (25A, Signal Officer), and a member of the Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA), Institute for Internal Controls (IIC), and old/short-time member of Information Systems Security Association (ISSA), Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA), Armed Forces Communications & Electronics Association (AFCEA), and ToastMasters Club.

His formal education/certification includes Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), Certified BS 7799/ISO 17799 Auditor, Master of Science in Computer Information Systems [Software & Security Engineering Management focus] from University of Detroit-Mercy, Detroit, Michigan, and Bachelor of Art Degree in Accounting from Michigan State University, East Lansing, Michigan. Amos is a Lifetime member of the MSU Alumni Association, Reserve Officer Association (ROA), and National Defense Industrial Association (NDIA)!

Amos is an Iraqi War Veteran (OEF/OIF Veteran), and still going strong & Army Strong!


Susan Spitz-Morrison
– Board Member -

Ms. Spitz-Morrison has more than 25 years of experience in a wide variety of industries and functions and has proven to be a leader in sales, marketing, training, consulting, media production, account management, and intercultural relations. She has made significant management contributions with her “out of the box thinking” in advertising, business development, and new product planning, sales and marketing and has improved the efficiency and profitability of operations for her clients.

Her professional arsenal includes extensive experience in small business development, career counseling and business coaching for professional organization and non-profits. Her focus is on small businesses, with areas of specialization in family businesses, Christian-owned businesses and multi-cultural team synergy.

Ms. Spitz-Morrison is a certified business coach and has a Bachelor degree in Business and French from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst and a Master degree in Intercultural Training & Consulting from Lesley University in Cambridge, Massachusetts.

Susan loves to garden and has an avid interest in local, sustainable, urban farming. She also loves adventure travel such as climbing, biking and kayaking. One of her unique skills is building cultural bridges between people from different nationalities and people with broadly differing values.

Ms. Spitz-Morrison has been a volunteer with International Student Ministry (ISM), St. Louis, MO for over a decade and was recently prompted to Board President.


Aggie Clark
– Board Member -

Aggie Clark is a seasoned executive with over 27 years of experience in the alternative financial services industry. She is President at Moneytree, Inc., a privately held company founded as a single retail branch in 1983, now serving customers through 100+ retail branches in five western states and British Columbia, an online lending portal, and a full-service factoring division.

Her experience steering the operations of the company through periods of significant regulatory change and the development of a formal governance structure, while simultaneously diversifying from two fairly homogeneous primary products into offering a suite of lending products, gives her a distinct perspective on the challenges small businesses face today. Her versatile communication skills, combined with the ability to learn and synthesize information quickly, operate successfully in a complex and ambiguous environment, and efficiently implement solutions, make her an effective contributor.

Ms. Clark graduated from the Foster School of Business at the University of Washington and has since returned to participate in the Executive Management Certificate Program and the Women Board Directors Development Program. She serves on the Advisory Board for the UW Consulting & Business Development Center, as Vice Chair for the Financial Service Centers of America (FISCA) national trade association, and is the past-President of the California Financial Service Providers Association.

A Pacific Northwest native, Ms. Clark currently lives just south of Seattle, Washington.


Thomas P. Hyslop
–Board of Advisors–

Mr. Hyslop has over 30 years of financial, business, and operational experience in automotive and defense. He has a demonstrated ability to deliver creative ideas and innovative solutions to complex issues. He consistently leads projects to completion; on schedule, within cost meeting quality goals. He has a track record of demonstrated success directing cross-functional multidisciplinary teams.

Mr. Hyslop has worked for Information Handling Services, General Motors, and General Dynamics Land Systems. He has held various positions from Senior Operations/Financial Analysis to Program Management and Manager, Finance & Administration. He has international management experience ranging from working with European partners to working on an international assignment in Egypt.

Mr. Hyslop served eight years active duty in the U.S. Navy as a Naval Flight Office/Electronic Countermeasures Officer in the EA-6B Prowler onboard USS Nimitz. He also taught Electronic Warfare at Naval Technical Training Center – Corry Station in Pensacola, Florida. He went on to serve fifteen years in U.S. Navy Reserves with multiple tours on the Commander Sixth Fleet and Chief of Naval Forces Europe staffs. He attained the rank of Commander and is now retired.

Mr. Hyslop is a LT Col in the Civil Air Patrol. He is an active member of the Fenton United Methodist Men.

His formal education includes Bachelors Degree in Marketing/Transportation, Logistics, & Distribution Systems from Michigan State University in East Lansing Michigan and a Masters of Business Administration Degree from The University of West Florida in Pensacola, Florida.

Mr. Hyslop is married with two children and resides in Fenton, Michigan. He loves travel, flying, boating, working on cars, and DIY projects around the house. He is a Private Pilot.
